So the first part of the month I got rear-ended ...
The very next week I was hit by another driver, who was simply not paying attention. And he was waved on by another driver who conveniently managed to leave the scene of the accident before the police got there. This time, all three kids were with me though. It was pretty scary - Kelsey saw the driver coming and alerted me IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS THAT THERE WAS A CAR COMING HER WAY, so I was able to swerve and stop. The Lord was certainly with us because the other driver came within inches of slamming into the side of Kelsey's door. As it is, the front section of the passenger side was quite damaged. It's all repaired and happy now, and the big blue car is now relegated to be Daddy's work car.
Because we have a minivan now.
YAY! I know I am lame being excited about a minivan, but it's quite nice. Leather interior, power sliding doors, be still my beating heart. As long as this vehicle lasts us, I will drive it cheerfully.

Chris and I had a bit of a disagreement over the middle name of our gender-yet-to-be-determined unborn child. I wanted Reagan Elizabeth, and he wanted Reagan Therese. So we compromised, as marriage is 100% about giving 100% - and since I am nurturing the baby - and I'm the one peeing every 2.5 minutes - I get one more letter from the name of my choice - and if it turns out to be a girl - we will name her Reagan Elise. Isn't that lovely? And isn't that sentence structure ridiculous? That's what happens when one tries to negotiate pick up clean up time with two toddlers and blog at the same time.
I should know better by now and just blog.
