Well, not really. But shhhh ... don't tell my blog. She thinks she's famous.
I just found Blogger's new stats link on the dashboard, and I have to say, it's about time. There are pageview stats by day, week, month, and all-time, and also for the top ten viewed posts. Sadly, all-time does not refer to all of the time spent on Blogger, but rather from May until now.
There are also the top ten referring url's. That's how I found the paparazzi that has been exploiting my post about one of Blogger's features. They're everywhere! I can't go anywhere without my photo being taken, always the people asking for my autograph and offering me a glass of lemonade.
Oh, I kid, but it is pretty cool to have one of my posts listed on Blogger Buzz. I mean, I've only been blogging for FIVE YEARS, totally loyal to Blogger, and I have no plans to change. You hear that, paparazzi? Blogger and I are NOT breaking up! :) :) :)
(yes I know I'm taking this a little too far. Humor me.)
I sure wish I had some of my original posts. I started out blogging with absolutely NO IDEA what I was doing. I mean, really. I had the awesome oh-so-original title of "My Corner Of The World."
::crickets chirping::
I know. It's like I just named my dog DOGGY PUPPY.
I considered something today. I find it incredibly insightful that my ex-husband was so vehemently opposed to my blog(s), and Mr Lemon finds my blogging to be a delightful source of entertainment. I have always been real in my blogging journey, and knowing that Mr Lemon likes my blog gives me more assurance that he really likes me, as a person. He's not just sticking it out with me because we are married and have cute kids. It's the little things like that which build up his account in the Love Bank of our marriage.
I'd like to give a shout out to a few people who I know have read my blog(s) from the very start.
Mom and Dad. My biggest fans. I appreciate your encouragement more than you can ever know. I hope I have not embarrassed you on the interweb.
Karen, my cloth diapering pal, you inspire me to be a more gentle, creative Liz. I love how your pictures of your children and your fabric creations show such careful attention to detail. Thank you for your years of friendship!
Wendy-Lou, my college partner-in-crime. I wish you had a blog. You make me smile every day on Facebook, and make me feel like I'm 18 again with the oldest vehicle on campus.
More than people liking me and my blog, I hope that I always reflect the Lord when I blog. That's the statistic I'm looking to increase.

Wow - I must be semi-sort-of-famous, since I got listed on your blog entry, right?!?! :) You'd love today's episode, too much for FB - T & C were with a babysitter last night while I was a-working. Came home, put kiddos to bed, went to clean up downstairs. Discovered something I hope I NEVER find again. T had somehow found a tube of Monistat anti-fungal cream (and yes, you read that right), put it on a toothbrush and obviously tried brushing his teeth. I flew upstairs, hauled him out of bed to make sure he was still alive, called poison control only to have the nurse laugh very good naturedly at my imp. Honestly!! Imagine the fun (read mischief) our kids could get into together, considering who their mothers are!!! And I'm very glad that you blog - I wait patiently for google reader to announce that you have a new post. I should start a blog, but I am so not disciplined enough. Oh well ... enough hijacking of your comments!! Love ya!!
Mwah! You're fabulous I adore you.
I'm going to have to check out that feature! My husband (and my youngest son) finds my blog amusing as well!
Your Dad and I have been your biggest fans since long, long before blogs were even thought of!! (Parents are just like that, y'know???)
The fact is, reading your blog keeps us more up-to-date with Lemon-land and it's easier than trying to get to talk to you busy people. **smile**
I haven't been with you from the beginning...but it's been QUITE awhile, maybe you can tell me how long? It was pre-niece for me, who is almost 3 years old (remember when I thrust her upon you at Winter Retreat? Also when I met Mr. Lemon)...and also it was during the ex-husband-was-still-current-husband period too. Not sure how long that is? Probably 4 years apx...
I think we're nearing our four year anniversary together.
I started reading Tess Talks (is that what it was?) after you'd posted a funny comment on Jeana's blog. From the first post I read of yours I was hooked.
I've laughed. I've cried. You've moved me, Bob. (please tell me you've seen that Veggie Tale so I don't sound like a TOTAL moron.)
Looking forward to reading about your new house and Splenda's school and everything in between.
xoxo
Love this post!
