nom nom nom

Funny thing about parenting - Mr Lemon and I think so much alike about many things, but we each are cunningly trying to get Zesty to eat "our" way.

When I order him breakfast at Bob Evans, I order him bacon. If Mr Lemon orders it, he will order sausage. I order him sweet tea. Mr Lemon would order him chocolate milk.

I put butter on his waffle because I like buttered waffles. Mr Lemon doesn't do butter ... so no butter for Z's waffle.

Anyone else see this phenomenon in your house?

Your momma put onions in everything. I could do without them forever.

yup...for instance, I go light or NOT on the syrup, his brain can't register such a concept...for the most part these things have gradually merged, but not totally. ;) And eventually, the kids have their own opinions of how they want it to be.

He salts everything...I don't even use the stuff to cook. The boy loves to salt and pepper his food but the girl is still eating according to us :)
