In my kitchen:
~ My dishwasher has been replaced. This has been an ongoing drama with our apartment manager for close to three months now. That's three months of three meals or more a day worth of dishes, plus baby bottles. My friends, that is a lot of dishes.
~ We replaced our George Foreman grill recently. That's because my old one (which I got years ago fo' free) was placed in the oven (dirty, no less) to get out of sight when we had some company over. And then I preheated the oven without taking it out first. Niiiice.
In the living room:
~ I went shopping a few weeks ago for a new diaper bag and a pair of shoes and came home with a NEW PURSE.
In the kids' room:
~ Apparently my sister and I inspire each other to make more beautiful babies, because come November, there will be a new little Lemon. Splenda is pulling for a girl.
