I know. You thought I was done talking about cloth diapers here once I started contributing to The Diaper Chronicles.
Mainly we wanted to cloth diaper because it works out to be cheaper per use of each diaper than to buy disposables. Especially when we plan to have more babies.
But as much as I want cheap, I want easy. Mr Lemon wants easy. We got out of the practice of cloth diapering while Zesty had The Plague, and it's been a struggle to get back on track.
Until I saw the light.

BumGenius 3.0
You make my washer spin.
Clever, no?
I bought one to try from Jillian's Drawers, and I am so thrilled with it. I keep washing the diapers so I can hurry up and use that one again. The 3.0's come with a full-size snappable insert, and a newborn insert. Last night I used both inserts in the diaper before Zesty went to sleep (around 10pm) and he slept all night until 8am. His clothes were dry. The outside of the diaper was dry. The inside, however, was another story. A story in which there was much poopage.
I found a set of two for sale on Baby Cotton Bottoms Bargain Basement, and I had the unmitigated gall to ask the seller to hold them for me until I get paid.
Oh yes I did.
When our tax refund is deposited next week, I'm going to order the bulk 12-pack, giving me a total of 15 diapers. Everywhere I've checked is offering this 12-pack at the same price of $203.40, and most sites qualify that order for free shipping.
So, I'm just gonna throw this out there. It can't hurt to ask. Any diaper shops wanna help a momma out with a coupon or discount? I usually shop with the following online retailers, but I can be easily persuaded with a discount. Discounts fit all sizes of baby bums.

I knew you would love the BG's at first diaper change!! They are awesome. I am going to start selling off my stash of other dipes and start replacing with the one size.
I keep washing diapers too. And the BG's make my washer spin too!
Those diapers look so cute that they make me want to switch to cloth :)
