Heartbreaking

At least I got a good night's sleep. Turns out you need to be good and rested to handle a virusy pooping, puking, and OH! more pooping! baby.

Poor Zesty. He is just like his daddy when he is sick. Sleep, sleep, sleep, SICK, cuddly, whiny, more sleep ...

Lather, rinse, repeat.

Literally. I gave him a bath at 7:45 this morning, and another one at 9:45.

I could look on the bright side and say he's not scattering blocks all over the house.

But I'd way rather be picking up his blocks than having him so pitifully sick.

Poor baby. We all had the stomach flu over Christmas week and it was awful. Hopefully he is better soon.

Not good. We had the plague last weekend. Carrie, Madelynn, and I, all at the same time. Fortunately we were at her parent's house otherwise Wesley would have been on his own.

So hard when little ones are sick. Hope he's better soon and that he keeps all his little germies to himself.

We had this virus in November... We're fighting another tummy virus, but not nearly as bad as Zesty's, right now. Poor little man!

Our doctor told us the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast) and lots of clear liquids. that's all fine and good, but what if your defiant little baby won't drink? It's tough.
