The meal with no name

I just want to SQUEEZE and HUG you all to pieces. Every one of you. You rock.

But instead I will share with you my recent gourmet-ness. Yesterday I had to cook the chicken I set out and didn't cook Monday night. I didn't have a whole lot of time before Mr Lemon had to leave, so I took a handy dandy knife and kind of fileted the thickest part of the chicken breast. I preheated a skillet and sprayed it with olive oil spray, dumped in the chicken, and squirted some fat-free Italian dressing on top, and covered it. Did I turn it? I think so. I also sprinkled some lemon pepper seasoning. Anyways, when it was done about 15 minutes later, I laid a slice of cojack cheese over top of each piece, sprinkled some bacon bits on top, and some more shredded cheese. Because you just can't have ENOUGH CHEESE in this household. We had some buttered (real, Jewel!)and seasoned broccoli as a side dish, and Mr Lemon ate and was glad again that he ran off and up and married me. He has requested this meal again for Sunday when Splenda is here for lunch because she #1 loves chicken #2 loves cheese and #3 this is exactly the kind of lunch she can have a dessert with. And Splenda loves her dessert.

So I leave it to you, internets.

What do I name this fabulous meal?

Because something this good and already requested again deserves a unique name.

And I still have several passes left. Shoot me an email. If you already emailed me your address, I have your name on a card already :)
