Ralph.
Mr and Mrs T.H. Rowup
These were some of the Thanksgiving weekend visitors to my family this year.
I don't think I need to say anything more on that subject.

Ah, the nostalgia of Small Town America. On our way out of town today, we passed an auction. It looked more like a Carhartt Convention.

Splenda cut out cookies for the first time while we were at Mom's. Mom was so! very! excited! to have a "first" with her granddaughter.
Zesty and Pawpaw bonded over Veggie Tales while Mr Lemon and I ran to WalMart to buy more baby food. Apparently thinking about packing extra baby food isn't actually packing extra baby food. And we needed prunes. Badly.

I am coveting my sister's new phone.

The end.

Ugh, feel bad for you all. I hope you are all recovered.
Cool that Splenda and Grandma had a first.
I wish thinking about it actually got it done, but alas, it doesn't. Had that happen to me the other day when I thought I put extra diapers in the bag--no I didn't. Needless to say we had to run back home.
I hate it when "Ralph" visits. Not so nice. Last December all 5 of us were visited by "Ralph." My mother ran to the store for us (praise God), but she left the groceries on the doorstep. She rang the doorbell and BOLTED. I don't blame her. It was AWFUL!
Mrs. Nurse Boy
well, of course, you GOTTA love sister's new phone!!!! It's da' bomb!
Hey...be careful...your brother-in- law was one of those at the Convention!! Nothing good to buy. Thank God.
Oh, no! I hope everyone's feeling better by now. As for thinking you did something and then not actually doing it, I have that problem all the time. Hate when that happens!
The transformation that came over Zesty when we put in the Veggie Tales dvd was nothing short of amazing.Singing vegetables calmed the cranky Z.
you had those thanksgiving guests too? more than half the people in the family had a fever of 100 or more the whole weekend. it was fantastic.
When a child reaches the ripe old age of 10+, how many firsts are really left for a Nana to be a part of??? I was THRILLED that Splenda had never cut out cookies before!! Besides, it gave her and The Worm something to "discuss".
I'm truly glad that you are all feeling better now!
