I just want all you Buckeyes to know ... and I am not making this up or exaggerating for comic effect ... that as I was checking out of the doctor's office today, they were playing "Hang On Sloopy" on the radio.
Hallelujah. This baby is destined for Ohio greatness.
Anyways, they couldn't hear the heartbeat clearly with the whatever thing, so they did an ultrasound. There is clearly a regular heartbeat! Probably would have been better pictures, but the machine froze up. We could see its little body contracting, looked like it was jumping around. It was probably hungry. We were starving.
I'm right at 9 weeks, and they are now giving me a due date of April 6th.
