I've got a few applications out there for a new job, but while I have some time available, I'm going up to see Mom & the gang today.
I posted over at Therefore What that I have lost 19lbs. I'm so! very! excited! about! that! Well on my way to my size goals, and thusly, new furniture.
Choir rocked the house out last night at church. I'm highly impressed with them, and I told them so too.
Oh! And you may recall that I've talked about Superchurch, how we bus in a bunch of kids for our morning service on Sundays, but no room to have Superchurch and an adult morning worship service?
That's all changing April 1st. We are changing all around. Superchurch will become a more streamlined Children's Church from 9am-10am Sunday mornings, and Morning Worship will begin at 11am. I am so! very! excited! about! that! too! because I have intensely missed having a Morning Worship service. It does mean a little more involvement from me, the music director, but it is well worth any extra effort I can invest. We're still having Evening Worship at 6:30pm on Sundays, so I'm just very excited about these positive changes to my church's structure.
