Thirteen Things About Being Single Again
1. I'm the driver. That means getting in the car on the passenger side ... will result in the car not going anywhere. I'm just sayin'
2. I had to figure out which side of the car the gas tank is on.
3. And actually pump the gas.
4. And scrape my windows.
5. I can watch whatever chick flick I want whenever I want.
6. Mr Ex liked to keep every receipt for every debit/credit purchase. I'm shredding them now.
7. Balancing the checkbook is a much simpler task with only one person spending.
8. I can eat popcorn for supper if I want to.
9. I'm not sure when the last time I ironed something was.
10. I don't have to time my showers to be sure two people get all the hot water they each want.
11. I cashed in all the pennies today in the change jar and bought a pint of my favorite ice cream.
12. How gross is this - I just realized this weekend that I packed the dental floss with Dustin's things - so that means I haven't flossed my teeth in about 2 weeks. And I just now realized this fact.
13. I'm the only person I have to wake up from a Sunday afternoon nap.
