Merry Christmas!

[Originally posted here]

How fun it is to sit here and poach wireless internet from the neighbors and do a million internety things on my laptop while Dad is next to me still struggling through web pages on dial-up.

Wait. That wasn't the holiday cheer you were looking for.

The Worm knows all things. The Worm has figured out that The Grinch is not Santa even though he wears a Santa costume because Santa doesn't have a green butt. How perceptive.

I woke up this morning to a "Merry Christmas!" text message ... from my lawyer. Now that is what I call service.

Thithy's daughter bought me the CUTEST pink and red jammies for Christmas. They have baby penguins on them with snowflakes and I pink puffy heart them.

Mom is right now making teddy bear pancakes and bacon. Sica and The Worm aren't here this morning so it's not a full-fledged special breakfast, but it is still teddy bear pancakes.

Yesterday was kind of a let down with the family gathering because it's the first Christmas without Uncle Bob, and also the first Christmas without Dustin here. But I imagine there will be a lot of firsts here in the next few months, and I'm prepared for that. I realize it's a big loss to our families, and we made the best of it.

Anyways, that's been my weekend. I hope you and your families all have the merriest, cheeriest, lovingest holiday season this year!!

Love and hugs,
Liz
