He's his own little person

Zachary is loving his newfound artistic ability.  Blue's Clues has helped this, since Steve draws his clues on his handy dandy notebook, in a simple way that I'm sure Zachary thinks he can do it too.

He really likes Blue's Clues. The episode he is currently loving deals with feelings. Problem resolution, which ... awesome.  It is really helping to teach him how to share and deal kindly with Gracie.

Maybe sometime he will find it in his heart to share the magnadoodle with her, since it was her present to start with.

Often, I find him drawing "a Zackawee." They usually look like this:

He stepped back, considered it, and with a comical look of curiosity trotted into the bathroom. Turned on the light, and leaned over the sink and examined his face in the mirror. Came back to me and said, "How do you make a sad face like my picture with your face?"

Seriously.  How in the world are you supposed to answer that with a sad face?
